Jeff West -
Jeff has over 40 years of business experience. During his career Jeff has been part of four high tech start-up companies. He was a founder and CEO/President of Silicon Logic Engineering from 1996 to 2008.
In June of 2008 Jeff started Bear Down, Inc. Over the past sixteen years Jeff has worked with dozens of companies in the Chippewa Valley area. His experience working with business owners and executive teams includes over 2,500 1-on-1 Executive Coaching sessions.
In January of 2013 Jeff formed Business Partners peer groups as a forum for local business owners to learn from each other, share their experiences and help challenge each other to reach their goals.
Jeff is also the facilitator of the Applied Leadership Program. The program has seen dozens of area executives and potential new leaders go through its two year program.
Working with people that want to become great leaders of outstanding organizations is Jeff's passion.

Shelley West has proven to be a strategic thinker with a passion for exceptional service. With over 25 years invested in small business building and growth, she has the knowledge and experience to ask the right questions to help facilitate results. Shelley helps her businesses focus on communication and ideas to continue moving forward learning from the past, present and from others.
Shelley has had a diverse and varied journey to business coaching. This includes Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and being a Small Business owner herself. She specializes in building staff and training for highest service, while streamlining to keep costs down and business recognition high.
